I joined the team at Orleans Physiotherapy in 2021. As well as being a registered physiotherapist, I am a certified yoga and aerobics instructor. I often prescribe a home exercise program for my patients.
While doing my internship at Government Hospital in India, I treated patients from all age groups including infants with cerebral palsy, delayed development, premature infants in NICU.
Since my graduation I developed interest in Orthopedic cases and can help with you if you are experiencing; back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, post-op or fractures. I have also taken several courses in Acupuncture.
I am married and in my spare time I enjoy cooking, exploring new places and fostering puppies from Northern Canada.
