PTAGlobal Certified Personal Trainer
Precision Nutrition
I am a 4th-year student in the Bachelor’s of Physical Education and Coaching program with a specialization in Kinesiology at Douglas College, and in addition, I am pursing the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) program. This focused study of human anatomy and movement informs every class I teach, ensuring exercises are not only effective, but also safe and mechanically sound.
I have been a certified personal trainer for seven years, working with diverse clients to build strength and improve foundational movement patterns. My passion is translating complex exercise science into practical, easy-to-understand techniques.
In my service, you’ll learn how to properly activate your deep core muscles, improve spinal stability, and build functional strength that directly enhances performance in daily life, sports, and other activities. Expect a challenging but sustainable approach that respects your body’s mechanics and is designed to build a resilient, strong foundation from the center out.
When I’m not in the studio or the classroom, I prioritize an active lifestyle. That means I’m often snowboarding in the winter, or hiking and traveling when the weather warms up. I absolutely love strength training and have started to incorporate more intense sessions, like Hyrox, into my training as well. I also really enjoy some downtime playing video games. I love EDM and will play some banger songs during our sessions together! I’m also always looking for delicious, high-protein recipes to try out in the kitchen.
