Jad is an Ontario-based Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) whose clinical approach is rooted in his extensive background as a high-performance athlete and his academic foundation in human movement. He holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Sheridan College and earned his Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto. His unique perspective combines a deep understanding of human biomechanics with the practical, first-hand experience of managing sport-related injuries and rehabilitation.
With over 15 years of experience in competitive rugby, Jad is no stranger to the physical demands of high-level sport. His practice is comprehensive, offering expertise in sports massage, chronic pain management, pre- and post-natal care, and Swedish massage. By developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, he ensures each client receives the specific care necessary for optimal recovery and a return to feeling their best.
