About Jacob

Jacob graduated from UBC in 2019 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, and Minor in Psychology. He developed his passion for exercise and rehabilitation over the years as a result of working through his own injuries and pain, mostly as a result of cycling, soccer and skiing. As he learned to improve his own physical health and mindset he found a passion in helping others do the same. We all respond to challenges differently but let's find a way to move forward!
