About Jacky
Jacky Chan is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Graduate Certificate in Pain Management from the University of Alberta.
He also holds a Foundational Aquatic Therapy Certification.
Jacky works with patients of all ages and backgrounds to improve strength, function, and confidence with movement. He has a particular interest in strength training, persistent pain, injury rehabilitation, cardiovascular health, and helping patients return to activities that are meaningful to them.
His approach is collaborative and practical. Jacky works alongside each patient to understand their goals, develop realistic treatment plans, and find ways to make physical activity both manageable and sustainable.
He aims to help patients better understand their bodies and build the skills and confidence to take an active role in their health.
