Jackie is a Registered Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer at Level 10 Fitness who is certified in IMS needling, acupuncture, hands on manual therapy and physiotherapist led personal training.
Each physiotherapy session is individualized and one on one. Each session will include an assessment and a combination of massage, stretching, mobilizations, needling, manual therapy and exercise depending on client needs and preference.
During her time away from the clinic, Jackie enjoys running and hiking with her mini Aussie Shepherd.

- BKin (UBC)
- Masters of Physiotherapy (UBC)
- Anatomical Acupuncture of Canada
- Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) dry needling
- Schroth Scoliosis and Kyphosis certified
- Orthopedic Manual therapy level 1 and 2
- Early Intervention Pediatric Physiotherapy for Infants and Children
