About Jacinta
Jacinta graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2024. Prior to entering the Physical Therapy program, she graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba in 2022. Jacinta was born and raised near Hamiota and is very excited to be returning to her hometown to provide physiotherapy at the Hamiota location as well as the Brandon location. The career of physiotherapy combines Jacinta’s passions of helping others, physical activity, and science. She believes in a client-centered approach to physiotherapy and plans to use a combination of manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, and patient education to collaborate with clients to achieve their physiotherapy goals. It is important to Jacinta to empower clients with education and therapeutic exercise as tools to take control of their own rehabilitation. As a recent graduate, Jacinta is dedicated to continuing her education to further help her clients. Jacinta plans on taking various courses and staying up to date with the current evidence-based physiotherapy treatments. Outside of the clinic, Jacinta’s passions include hiking, pilates, volleyball, gardening, and baking. Jacinta is very excited to be joining the Dynamic physiotherapy team and looks forward to collaborating with you to accomplish your physiotherapy goals!
