Jack is a graduate of Kineconcept and has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. His passion to help others prompted his career in massage therapy.
Jack’s specialties include deep tissue techniques working deep into the muscles to help release tension and stiffness to a relaxing Swedish massage to help ground and centre the body and mind. He customizes his massages to individual needs to help you feel your best. He also loves the topics of anthropology, philosophy and meditation and believes good health starts from within.
