She is passionate about empowering individuals to address pelvic floor health with confidence and manage chronic pain. As a physiotherapist, her goal is to equip patients with knowledge and support through a biopsychosocial lens, combined with her enthusiasm for physical activity. In her spare time, Ivy enjoys trail running, socializing, backpacking, cooking, and meeting new people.
