Ivory was born and raised in Coquitlam and grew up playing everything, but rugby was the one that stuck — and rugby injuries were how she learned, firsthand, what proper rehab and prevention actually mean. The cleats are hung up for good, but she's still moving: running, cycling, yoga, lifting, and trail walks with her 3 kids and her dog.
She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2017. Her special interests are women's pelvic health — pregnancy, postpartum, incontinence, and pelvic pain, treated one-on-one in a private room — along with sports injuries and orthopaedics.
Her style is hands-on and individualized: manual therapy, soft-tissue work, dry needling, corrective exercise, and education. Having worked through her own injuries, she treats recovery as something you do together — her job is giving you the tools and the plan to take an active role in your own.
