About Ivana
Ivana is a physiotherapist who helps clients restore movement, build strength, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
With a strong background in movement, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation, Ivana takes a holistic approach to care. Having gone through her own injury and rehab journey, she brings both clinical knowledge and lived experience to her practice, creating a space where clients feel supported, confident, and empowered in their progress.

Ivana believes in treating the whole person, not just the area of pain or injury. She combines manual therapy, education, and individualized exercise to help clients better understand their bodies, build confidence, and create meaningful, long-term progress.
