About Iryna
Iryna is a guide for those ready to meet themselves more deeply. With gentle presence, she uses hypnotherapy to quiet the mind and connect to the subconscious, and parts work to bring hidden wounds and trauma into the light. In her care, long-buried emotions and forgotten parts of the self are welcomed, heard, and lovingly integrated — allowing healing to unfold from within.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Community Development, Iryna understands that true growth, whether within a community or within oneself, is nurtured by patience and understanding. It requires compassion toward oneself, kindness in the face of conflict, and a tender curiosity about the deeper layers of pain. Iryna works with people regardless of their spiritual or religious beliefs, weaving these truths into every session and helping each client return to themselves — whole, seen, and at peace.
Iryna offers services in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
