I am a registered Reflexologist specializing in foot reflexology, with additional training in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD). I focus on supporting natural balance within the body, promoting relaxation, improved circulation, and lymphatic health through targeted footwork.
Alongside my reflexology practice, I am an certified Yoga Practitioner.
I teach a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Power Sculpt, and Hatha Yoga, helping clients build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive and personalized environment.
My approach is holistic, nurturing both physical wellness and emotional wellbeing.
