I am a licensed guidance counsellor in good standing with the Order des Conseillers et Conseillères d’Orientation du Quebec (OCCOQ). I have a Master’s of Education degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I work with individuals 16+ with a variety of concerns such as anxiety/ stress, depression, self esteem, emotion regulation, and panic attacks. I also aim to help clients navigate through difficult life transitions and personal challenges in order to develop healthy coping strategies.
As a counsellor, my approach is collaborative and compassionate. I aim to create a safe, supportive space for clients to feel heard, validated and comfortable exploring difficult topics. I also infuse my sessions with strategies from a cognitive behavioural, dialectical behavioural, and/ or mindfulness lens.
