About Igal

Igal is a Registered Massage Therapist and Medical Acupuncture Practitioner with over nine years of experience in integrative rehabilitation and pain management. He holds a diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University, along with advanced training in The Balance Method, Fascial Acupuncture, Joint Mobilizations, Soft Tissue Cupping, and Clinical Massage Therapy for Pain Management. As a Certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Therapy Facilitator, Igal weaves mindfulness, breathwork, and movement education into his treatments, supporting lasting recovery and greater body awareness. Drawing from a wide range of modalities, including medical acupuncture, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization, cupping, and movement-based therapy, Igal provides individualized, evidence-based care that addresses both physical dysfunction and nervous system balance. His background working alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and osteopaths allows him to integrate multiple perspectives in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural imbalances. Beyond the clinic, Igal lives the principles he teaches—practicing yoga, creating music, exploring photography, and embracing movement as a way of life. These pursuits keep him grounded in creativity, balance, and the same holistic well-being he strives to cultivate in his patients.
