Born in Hong Kong, my path to Traditional Chinese Medicine began in my teenage years — two months of daily acupuncture treatments healed my chronic back pain and changed my life.
I am a Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens on multiple levels — emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and physical.
I support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and those seeking a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to care.
My work draws on trauma-informed care, harm reduction, person-centered counselling, and strength-based practice. I have worked with trauma survivors, people with disabilities, newcomers, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
For me, practicing Chinese medicine is also a way of honouring my ancestors and cultural roots.
