About Ian
Ian Rudling, a graduate of the European School of Osteopathy with an Integrated Masters in Osteopathy, is dedicated to supporting his patients' overall health and well-being by focusing on the body as an interconnected system. His approach integrates various osteopathic techniques such as myofascial release, cranial, visceral, and mobilization therapies, all aimed at addressing both acute and chronic conditions.
Ian is well-versed in a wide range of conditions and symptoms, including, but not limited to, musculoskeletal disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, vertigo, migraines, sinusitis, and post-concussion syndrome. He enjoys the variety his work offers, as each patient presents a unique set of challenges.
Ian’s practice emphasizes a holistic view of health, helping patients gain a deeper understanding of how their daily activities and lifestyle choices influence their overall wellness. He specializes in a multi-modal approach to pain management, working with the body’s natural healing mechanisms to restore balance and function.
Continuing to deepen his expertise, Ian has completed advanced training in areas such as concussion management, visceral and cranial therapies, vagus nerve treatments, and the Mechanical Link approach, a unique osteopathic method he incorporates into his assessments and treatments. He is also currently pursuing post-graduate studies in biodynamic cranial osteopathy in both the UK and Canada, further enhancing his ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. With a focus on whole-body healing, Ian’s compassionate and professional approach creates a supportive environment where patients can embark on a journey towards greater health and vitality.
