Ian Glass started training in Energetic Osteopathic Treatment, and then later went to become a Registered Massage Therapist becoming certified in 2013. Rolfing and structural integration/ direct techniques as well as various nervous system techniques are the most used in Ian's toolbox, with a few other modalities in between. Ian has primarily trained through the Upledger and Barral Institute for Cranial Sacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation/ organ specific fascial mobilization. In his time off Ian enjoys cold Wim Hof swimming and meditation.
