About Hurong
Helen is a registered acupuncturist with approximately 10 years of experience in acupuncture practice. She has a special interest in pain management, sleep and emotional wellness, women’s health, weight management and facial acupuncture. She works with patients experiencing neck and shoulder pain, back pain, joint and muscle pain, insomnia, stress, anxiety, menstrual discomfort and menopausal symptoms.
Helen also has a strong background in medical and health sciences, with over 20 years of experience teaching and working with medical students and physicians. Her extensive academic and professional experience has provided her with a solid foundation in medical knowledge, patient communication and health education.
Helen believes that effective care begins with understanding each patient as an individual. She takes time to listen carefully to her patients and combines her medical knowledge with traditional acupuncture principles and techniques. Her goal is to provide personalized, attentive and compassionate care in a comfortable and supportive environment, helping patients improve their health and overall well-being.
