Hunter Foster, RP, MACP Virtual Across Ontario and Canada Hunter is a supportive and down-to-earth therapist who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, self-worth, ADHD, school and career challenges, stress, burnout, and relationship concerns. She is passionate about helping clients build confidence, manage overwhelm, and create practical strategies for everyday life. Her approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, along with ADHD coaching and trauma-informed practices. Hunter focuses on helping clients better understand their emotions, improve coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward their personal and academic or career goals. Hunter creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
