About Holly

Holly graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 2014, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2016. She went on to complete her Transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy through the Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions in 2019. Holly’s interest in physiotherapy was influenced by her own experiences as an international high jumper with Team Canada, where she experienced injuries throughout her athletic career. Since graduating, she has pursued post-graduate training in intramuscular stimulation (IMS), shockwave therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation with a focus on pre- and post-natal care, and vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. She enjoys working with a variety of orthopaedic conditions and integrating her diverse training to provide individualized, evidence-informed care. In her free time, Holly enjoys playing volleyball and softball, spending time in her garden, and making the most of family life on beautiful Vancouver Island.
