About Hilary
Hilary McCulloch is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Hilary obtained her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
When meeting with her clients, Hilary prefers to utilize a range of therapeutic approaches that best meet the needs of each client as a unique individual. Some of the primary approaches that Hilary draws from include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person-centred therapy, compassion-focused therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and cognitive-based approaches. In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, Hilary practices from an intersectional, anti-oppressive, and holistic lens to ensure that clients feel safe, respected, and understood.
Hilary sees clients 18 years of age and older.
