Personal experience with competitive sport and rehabilitation led Hilary to complete a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Victoria, followed by a Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. She utilizes a combination manual therapy, IMS (dry needling), education, and therapeutic exercise to help her clients optimize function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals by combining physiotherapy techniques with the tools and education to allow patients to take control of their care, and achieve results that maximize their potential.
Hilary has completed further education in oncology rehabilitation and is passionate about helping clients feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident throughout the recovery process. With both professional training and personal experience recovering from breast cancer, Hilary brings a compassionate and informed approach to oncology rehab, with a focus on helping clients feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
Hilary maintains an active lifestyle and has experience across a wide range of sports. Her long-standing involvement in the soccer community has helped her to develop effective strategies to support athletes in recovering from sport-related injuries and reducing the risk of future recurrence.
