including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, and
somatic approaches, I strive to provide you with the tools and support to foster personal
growth and empowerment. Together, we can create a path toward healing and building a
