About Hemraj

Hemraj Gosai is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping clients move better, recover from injury, and achieve their healthand wellness goals. Growing up, he was actively involved in sports, which sparked his interest in the human body, movement, and the importance of recovery. Inspired by the role massage therapy played in his own household, Hemraj pursued a career as an RMT to help others experience its benefits. He has a particular interest in treating postural dysfunction, rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. Hemraj believes that while manual therapy is an important part of recovery, lasting results come from educating clients and helping them build the strength and confidence to maintain their health independently. Outside the clinic, Hemraj enjoys staying active, strength training, spending time with friends and family, barbecuing, and making memories with his two dogs.
