About Heli
Heli Babariya, a dedicated licensed Registered physiotherapist in good standing with the college of physiotherapists of Ontario. She graduated with diploma in fitness and health promotion from Durham college, Oshawa.
Her keen interest in Women’s Health motivated her to complete Level-1 Pelvic Health course. She is certified in Soft tissue release techniques including treatment of low back, hips, neck, shoulders and extremities and Mulligan concept mobilization with movement.
Heli is committed to empowering her patients through education and compassionate care, striving to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and live healthier, more active lives.
Her journey in physiotherapy is driven by a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in patient care. She believes in a holistic approach, combining evidence-based techniques including soft tissue release, mulligan, Kinesio taping , modalities, and therapeutic exercise with compassion and empathy to empower her patients on their healing journey.
Beyond her professional practice, she finds joy in various hobbies like cooking, reading, painting, and exploring new destinations through travel. These interests not only enrich her life but also contribute to a well-rounded perspective that she brings to work every day.
