About Helene

Hélène is a graduate of Kikkawa College with over 20 years of experience and a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO). She is bilingual in French and English and passionate about helping people on their health journey. She customizes her massage treatments to each person’s individual needs. Her specialties include Swedish massage (for deep tissue or relaxation treatment), hot stone massage, pregnancy massage (pre and post natal), repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain management, fibromyalgia, tension and migraine headaches, neurological disorders (ie: Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson) and treatment for special needs. She enjoys promoting the benefits of massage therapy for stress and pain relief in our modern lifestyles. Helene is available on Mondays and Wednesdays and 1 Saturday a month
