About Helena

Registered Massage Therapist Medical Acupuncture Provider As an RMT, my aim is to ensure every client leaves the clinic feeling a little better than when they came in. I’m a keen proponent of healthy living and take real satisfaction in working alongside other healthcare practitioners to ensure clients receive care that enables them to live their best lives. My experience with massage therapy began as an athlete in high school and university. Injuries led me to receive a variety of treatments, including physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy. After graduating with a BA, I decided to pursue a career as a massage therapist. Interest in how the body functions led me to study Physical Education and Sociology at university. I have training in a number of different massage techniques and have my certification in Acupuncture from McMaster University.
