About Helen
Helen Laracy is a licensed acupuncturist with a deep passion for integrative health and holistic wellness. Her journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began with a strong foundation in the fitness and wellness industry, supported by a diploma in Health, Wellness, and Recreation. She recently completed a three-year diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
Along the way, Helen became a Registered Yoga Teacher, inspired by the mind-body connection and the healing power of movement and breath. This diverse background shapes her approach to acupuncture—blending movement, stillness, and energy flow to support balance and optimal health.
Helen specializes in Cosmetic Acupuncture, a natural and effective method for enhancing skin health, softening fine lines and wrinkles, and supporting graceful aging from within.
Her mission is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their wellness journey—whether they are seeking facial rejuvenation, pain relief, stress reduction, or hormonal balance. Each treatment is personalized, blending ancient techniques with modern insights to restore harmony to both body and mind.
