About Helen
Helen graduated from the University of Waterloo with an honours bachelor's degree of science in Kinesiology. She then took on a new adventure in Edinburgh, Scotland where she completed her master of science in physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University.
After relocating back to her hometown of Kitchener, she joined the Strive Physiotherapy and Performance team in January 2025.
Helen has a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals by collaborating with them to create individualized plans incorporating education, exercise, and hands-on techniques to help them move and feel their best. Helen believes in building meaningful therapeutic relationships with her clients and strives to empower them through their journey.
In her spare time, Helen loves to keep active and go for outdoor runs. She loves to travel and explore new places while indulging in delicious food.
