Heidi has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2018 after graduating from Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. She currently works and lives in Sooke, BC after moving to Vancouver Island in 2022.
Her approach combines various techniques to promote tension relief, encourage circulation, enhance mobility and alleviate pain. By working closely with an individual's unique needs, she strives to create a personalized treatment plan that supports recovery goals while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. She believes strongly in empowering individuals by educating them about their bodies, and prioritizes building strong relationships based on trust and communication.
Outside of work, she is a dedicated practitioner of Iyengar Yoga; her practice helps her maintain a balanced approach to her own body and self, which supports the care she provides to her patients. She also enjoys hiking, camping, road trips, beachcombing, and all things which bring her outside in the fresh air and sunshine.
