About Heidi

Heidi is a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Mount Royal University (2015), and has been passionate about hands-on healing from the very beginning of her career. She believes in the powerful connection between body and mind, and is dedicated to helping clients feel their best through personalized care. In addition to therapeutic massage, Heidi is trained in Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Cupping, and Indian Head Massage. Over the years, she has developed a smooth, intuitive flow that allows her treatments to be both effective and deeply relaxing. Her goal is always to create a calming experience that leaves you feeling balanced, restored, and at ease—both physically and mentally. Heidi takes the time to tailor each treatment to your individual needs, ensuring you receive the most beneficial and enjoyable experience possible. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys gaming with her husband and sons, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her pets. Heidi looks forward to welcoming you and being part of your wellness journey.
