About Heidi

Hi, I'm Heidi. I am a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting adults, couples, adolescents, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. I bring a relational and attachment-focused perspective to my work, guided by a genuine curiosity about how early experiences and relationship dynamics shape who we become — and how that understanding can open the door to meaningful change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, ADHD, family stress, grief, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in couples therapy and I works with partners navigating communication breakdown, conflict, emotional disconnection, intimacy concerns, and the effects of trauma or neurodiversity within relationships. I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
