Her hands-on experience is complemented by her volunteer involvement supporting members of the Canadian track and field and Paralympic community, reflecting her passion for performance care and community service. Heidi has advanced training in Fascial Stretch Therapy, TMJ assessment and treatment, sports massage therapy, myofascial release techniques, and orthopedic assessment and rehabilitation.
