Heba is a highly skilled and passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 2200 hours of certification and RMT Association Certification.
She graduated from Wholistic Health Training & Research Centre in 2023.
With a solid foundation in physical education, Heba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health from Port Said University, Egypt (2009), where she also completed her Master’s and PhD. Currently, she is pursuing Canadian equivalency for her PhD.
With a year of experience in massage therapy and over 10 years as a personal trainer, Heba performs a range of therapeutic massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, and lymphatic drainage.
Her holistic approach is dedicated to promoting relaxation, healing, and overall well-being for each of her clients.
Heba believes in the power of touch to transform physical and emotional health, offering personalized treatments that restore balance and alleviate stress, ensuring her clients leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Heba enjoys spending her spare time out doors with her family, and friends .
Besides Massage Therapy, heba enjoys Zumba dancing and swimming.
