About Heather

Heather is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and received her Massage Therapy registration in 2000. She has worked in a variety of Massage Therapy clinics, including her own home-based clinic for over 17 years. She provides therapeutic and relaxation treatments with a holistic approach, focusing on the health and wellness of the body and mind. Helping clients to alleviate and manage chronic pain, headaches, increase mobility and flexibility, and decrease feelings of stress and anxiety has been an extremely gratifying aspect of her career. She incorporates home care into treatment plans, using deep stretching techniques to help prolong the beneficial effects of Massage Therapy. She is a passionate, lifelong learner who has continued education as means to pursue her many interests. This includes the study of Reflexology and earning diplomas in both Holistic Nutrition and Diabetes Education. She approaches her own self-care holistically, utilizing the regular practice of yoga and meditation to nurture her physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. She is excited to be a part of the Registered Massage Therapists and Osteopathic Manual Practitioners team at StillPoint Wellness Center because of the opportunity it provides to learn and grow together. Heather is happy to work together with other therapists to help each client achieve their personal health goals. Please note: as of Septembee 1, 2025, Heather’s rates will be increasing by $10 above the current listed prices. This is an administrative decision to RMT’s rates at the going-rate for Massage Therapy.
