About Heather
Heather is a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist and the Clinical Director of Bloom Psychotherapy. She is a certified perinatal mental health specialist. Much of Heather's practice focuses on infertility, birth trauma, perinatal and infant loss and grief, as well as postpartum adjustment issues. She is a mom of three who is passionate about helping mothers thrive, and in supporting women to feel grounded, confident and connected. It was her experiences with difficulty conceiving, vanishing twin syndrome, becoming a mother, and postpartum anxiety that led her to specialize in supporting mothers in their adjustment to parenthood. Heather is passionate about helping parents thrive as they journey through the reproductive, perinatal and parenting phases of life, and in supporting women to feel grounded, confident and connected.
