About Heather
As the Clinic Manager and Intake/Client Coordinator, I am one of the first people clients connect with when reaching out for support, and I believe that first interaction matters. My goal is to help create a welcoming, comfortable experience where people feel heard, supported, and cared for from the very beginning.
I love helping clients find the right fit for their needs, answering questions, and making the process of starting therapy feel a little less overwhelming. Whether I’m coordinating appointments, supporting our clinical team, or helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, I’m passionate about creating a positive and compassionate environment for both clients and staff.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, usually outdoors with a good cup of tea in hand; I value slowing down and appreciating the simple things in life, like a warm breeze, the smell of freshly cut grass, or the crunch of a deliciously crisp apple. I am grateful to be part of a team that values connection, personal growth, and making mental wellness approachable and accessible for everyone.
