Heather is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Psychotherapist with both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work. She is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
Her goals are to provide unconditional support, instilling hope and improving your ability to face life’s challenges.
She can support folks who are struggling with addictions, mental health challenges, life transitions, relationship issues, burnout and low self-esteem.
