Heather graduated from The D’Arcy Lane Institute here in London, ON. She has been working full time as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014. Her work with a varied population of clients has given her the opportunity to treat a wide range of injuries and conditions. Let Heather help you with work or sport/activity related issues such as: trigger points, tendonitis, sprain/strain and back and neck pain. You will experience an intuitive treatment approach that provides a balance between specific therapeutic work and relaxation. This balance allows clients to fully relax into deeper targeted work, ensuring a more positive response from the tissues and the nervous system. Each client can expect an individualized treatment plan that will address their specific massage needs and help them meet their goals whether that is injury recovery, increased mobility or maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Outside of work Heather leads an active lifestyle walking, biking and paddle boarding. She of course maintains that activity with regular massage!!
