-- Not accepting new Clients at this time -- I have over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults, as well as parents and families with neurological disorders like Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism (ASD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and mood disorders like Anxiety and Depression. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioural therapy, behaviour therapy and mindfulness strategies. My approach is unique, and out of the box, it is custom-created for you. I help you with performance and learning strategies, moods, emotions and behaviour to help manage overwhelm, and stress and be successful in your day-to-day life. I help parents, understand their child's ADHD or Autism and figure out the best parenting strategy for your child's needs. My approach to therapy is collaborative, we work together to figure out what will work in YOUR life. I believe we can reach our goals and make sustainable changes by putting one foot in front of the other.
