About Harpreet

Harpreet is a Registered Massage Therapist with a genuine passion for helping people slow down, reset, and reconnect with their bodies. Her interest in human movement and recovery began through her years as a personal trainer, where she developed a deep appreciation for how the body adapts, compensates, and heals. That foundation led her to pursue massage therapy, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Harpreet’s approach is rooted in nervous system care and stress relief, incorporating guided diaphragmatic breathing to help clients feel safe, calm, and fully supported throughout their treatment. She creates space for genuine rest through calm, intentional, collaborative sessions tailored to each individual. Her treatment style draws on Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, joint mobilizations, and scar tissue mobilization, often focused on specific areas of concern. She works with clients navigating chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, postural tension, and the physical demands of everyday life, as well as those in the prenatal and postnatal stages of their journey. As someone who personally enjoys running, strength training, and hiking, Harpreet brings a lived understanding of what it means to care for an active body. She looks forward to meeting you where you are and supporting you toward feeling your best.
