Harman is a passionate bodyworker and recent graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College. With a strong foundation in anatomy and therapeutic massage, she brings a thoughtful and personalized approach to every session. Harman is trained in Swedish relaxation massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques (NMT), joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy. She enjoys blending therapeutic techniques with a calming, soothing touch to help clients reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and feel more balanced. Harman believes that everybody is different and tailors each session to the client’s individual needs, goals, and comfort.
