Harjinder is passionate about helping her clients to get back to living a life they love. She offers private 1-on-1 physiotherapy sessions. These sessions are always tailored to your needs and designed to help relieve pain, improve strength, and speed up the recovery journey.
Harjinder graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India and later she did her master’s program in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University.
Harjinder is a firm believer in continuing education. She has done trigger point dry needling and intramuscular stimulation (IMS) in order to expand her skillset. Due to her keen interest in manual therapy, she has taken courses on the Mulligan Concept and McKenzie techniques, very helpful for joint mobilization. Her treatment also incorporates IASTM, taping and exercise protocols.
Harjinder offers physiotherapy, kinesiology/active rehab, IMS, cupping therapy, orthotics assessment/fitting and hand therapy.
Harjinder is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
