About Hannah

Hannah Landry holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) from Mount Allison University. She provides counselling to youth aged 12 and older and adults, offering a warm, collaborative, and client-centred space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. Hannah has experience supporting youth and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression and mood-related concerns, emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship difficulties, substance use, and interpersonal stress. Her areas of interest also include ADHD and neurodivergence, women’s mental health, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, and the unique pressures affecting women and girls. Hannah understands that concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, hormonal and health-related changes, relationships, school, and family stress can affect many areas of a person’s life. She works collaboratively with each client to understand what they are experiencing, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies that fit their individual needs. Her therapeutic approach draws from Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems–informed approaches, art-based interventions, and play-based techniques. Hannah adapts her approach to the client’s age, preferences, strengths, and readiness, recognizing that therapy does not look the same for everyone. At the centre of Hannah’s work is a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, trust, curiosity, and emotional safety. She is committed to inclusive, culturally responsive care and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
