Hi, my name is Hani and I’m a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario. I offer individual and couples therapy sessions in both English and Farsi, and I specialize in a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, relational conflicts, panic disorder and specific phobias, all the way to interpersonal relationships in an environment that is safe and conducive, using modalities such as EFT, CBT, DBT, SFT, attachment therapy and mindfulness. I work primarily from a client-centered model, meaning that I work with my clients to determine the most optimal modality for treatment based on my clients' style and what is likely to yield the best results. I believe that gradual changes made at a comfortable pace can result in meaningful changes over time. In spite of the challenges involved, you’ve embarked on a path towards improved mental health and living an authentic life, and I’m pleased to be assisting you on your journey.
