With a background in Life Sciences from McMaster University, she is passionate about understanding how the body’s systems work together and uncovering the underlying factors that may be contributing to a person’s health concerns. Her clinical interests include digestive health, cardiometabolic health, and integrative cancer support, with an emphasis on helping patients build a strong foundation for long-term health and wellbeing. Hana is especially passionate about supporting people who feel overwhelmed by complex health concerns or frustrated by answers that do not fully explain what they are experiencing. Her goal is to help each patient feel heard and supported while gaining a clearer understanding of their health and a more confident path forward. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, Hana considers the broader picture - including nutrition, lifestyle, medical history, laboratory findings, and how these factors may be influencing health over time. Her approach is evidence-informed, practical, and collaborative. Hana takes the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and develop a plan that is both individualized and realistic. She believes patients should understand the why behind their care so they can feel educated, confident, and actively involved in the decisions being made surrounding their health.
