About Hali

###Meet Hali Registered Provisional Psychologist When we or someone we love are struggling with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, big emotions, and or trauma it can be difficult to find the right support. Starting the journey toward healing and asking for help can feel overwhelming, disorientating and confusing. Through compassion, acceptance and empathy I offer a clear line of support to help clients make sense of their symptoms in a way that empowers them to heal and create transformative shifts in their lives I work with clients to co-create a nurturing and safe space that allows them to go from surviving, coping, and "hanging in there" to blossoming, thriving, and flourishing. Experience Hali is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and an Athabasca University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She has experience working with adults, children, and teens experiencing a broad range of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, big emotions, substance abuse and self harm. She also has experience working with families including couples, and families experiencing divorce and separation. Hali offers behavioural and psycho educational assessments for children and adults. She volunteered at the Calgary Distress Centre for over two years providing intervention and resources for clients who are in crisis.
