About Haley
Haley works with individuals navigating trauma, religious trauma, 2SLGBTQIA+ identity, and the complex ways our past experiences shape our present lives. She draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness, and completed advanced training at the Centre for Treatment of Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma in Ottawa. Haley is kink and sex positive, spiritually open, and a fellow member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Clients can expect a relaxed, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment — with a dash of humour along the way.
