Hailey is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, dedicated to supporting wellbeing through balanced nutrition and an integrative approach to health. She graduated from Western University with a Honours Double Major in Health Sciences and Psychology and completed her certification in natural nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Her work is rooted in understanding the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and behavioural patterns, and how these factors influence overall health. With a strong foundation in both science and holistic care, she takes an evidence-informed, whole-person approach to help clients build sustainable habits that support physical and mental wellbeing. She believes each person is unique, and works with clients from a variety of backgrounds, meeting them where they are to support lasting progress toward better health.
